Ramzan Relief Package 2026 PM Shahbaz Sharif
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has launched the ‘Ramadan Relief Package 2026’ and has said that Rs 13,000 will be distributed to every deserving beneficiary.
Under this package, the process of transferring cash to the accounts of 12.1 million deserving families across the country has started immediately.
The total amount, which is Rs 38 billion, will be distributed to the deserving beneficiaries.
Rs 38 billion will be transferred to the beneficiaries in the federal capital, all four provinces, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, through digital wallets and digital bank accounts.
Payments will be made to families who are not part of any government sponsorship program.
A high-level committee will monitor all stages of the Ramadan package, while a helpline number of 9999 has been established for immediate redressal of public complaints.
In 2025, Rs 5,000 was given to each deserving family under the Ramadan package, and this year, on the instructions of the Prime Minister, the amount under the Ramadan package has been increased to Rs 13,000.
