Detail About Sindh Youth Card – Sindh Government Announced

The Sindh government has prepared a draft of the Sindh Youth Card Program on the instructions of Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, which will soon be presented to the Sindh cabinet for approval.
In this regard, the second meeting regarding the issuance of the Sindh Youth Card was held at the Sindh Secretariat under the chairmanship of Sports Minister Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehar, in which Secretary Sports Munawar Ali Mahesar, Director Asad Ishaq and Chief Engineer Muhammad Aslam Mehar participated. The meeting was briefed on the draft procedure prepared for the issuance of the Youth Card, while Secretary Sports Munawar Ali Mahesar presented the final draft of the Youth Card procedure to the provincial minister.
Provincial Minister Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehar said that in the first phase, one lakh youth from 30 districts of Sindh will be issued Youth Cards. This card will be given to youth between the ages of 15 and 29 who have a domicile in Sindh.
He said that the youth will be trained in Youth Development Centers established in all districts of the province and they will be made active in various activities.
According to Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehar, the Sindh Youth Card will also be issued to boys, girls, minority communities and special individuals. The youth holding the card will be provided with scholarships, interest-free loans, internships and training facilities for employment abroad.
According to the spokesperson, the provision of Pink Scooty or alternative means of transportation for young women holding the card is also being considered.
The Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs further said that international standard training and health facilities will also be provided to young athletes through the Youth Card.
Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehar said that the draft of the Sindh Youth Card will first be sent to the Law Department for legal scrutiny, after which it will be presented to the Sindh Cabinet for formal approval.
