- Management & Executive Roles
- Director Nursing:
- Qualification: MSN with MBA (Hospital & Health Care Management).
- Experience: 10–12 years relevant experience with 5 years at managerial level in a tertiary care hospital. Must hold an active PNMC license.
- Head of Nursing Education Services:
- Qualification: MSN with MBA (Hospital & Health Care Management). Teaching Certificate (Clinical Educator) required.
- Experience: 10–12 years teaching experience + Nurse Educator experience at national level with Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) & WHO. Active PNMC license.
- Head of Administration:
- Qualification: MBA / Master’s degree.
- Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience including 10–15 years at managerial level.
- Office Manager to ED Office:
- Qualification: MBA / Master’s / Graduation degree.
- Experience: 5–7 years relevant experience with 2 years in a similar capacity.
- Nursing & Healthcare Roles
- Manager Nursing:
- Qualification: BSN with MBA (Hospital & Health Care Management).
- Experience: 10–12 years relevant experience + Active PNMC license.
- Nursing Education Services Instructor:
- Qualification: BSN with MBA (Hospital & Health Care Management). ACLS & BLS certified from AHA. Active PNMC license.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as Clinical Instructor.
- Staff Nurse:
- Qualification: BScN (Generic) / Post RN BScN / Diploma in General Nursing with 1-year specialization (DIPCARD, Paeds, ER, ICU, Midwifery).
- Experience: 1–2 years post-qualification hospital experience + valid professional license.
- Infection Control Nurse:
- Qualification: BScN (Generic) / Post RN BScN / Diploma in General Nursing with 1-year specialization. Infection Control Certification preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Cath Lab Staff Nurse:
- Qualification: BScN (Generic) / Post RN BScN / Diploma in General Nursing with 1-year specialization. Cath Lab experience preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years post-qualification hospital experience + valid professional license.

- HR Officer:
- Qualification: MPA / MBA / MHRM (HR).
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
- Procurement Officer:
- Qualification: MPA / MBA / Master’s in Supply Chain Management.

- Internal Audit Officer:
- Qualification: MBA Finance / M.Com / CMA / ACCA Part-Qualified.
