Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) New Jobs 2026 Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), a leading public sector power utility company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), has announced new career opportunities. Applications are invited from qualified, dynamic, and suitable candidates for positions in the Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD).
These positions are purely on a contractual basis with a lump-sum pay package, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
VACANT POSITIONS
- Deputy Manager (Finance) MIRAD
- BPS / Pay Scale: Contractual Pay Scale: 18
- Number of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- ACA / ACMA / ACCA Member or equivalent qualification recognized by professional accounting bodies. OR
- ACA Intermediate / ICMA Intermediate / ACCA Affiliate with at least 03 years of relevant experience. OR
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / MS Finance with a minimum of 05 years post-qualification experience in financial management, contract/commercial finance, treasury, or regulatory finance (preferably in the power/utility sector).
- Knowledge/understanding of CTBCM, Regulatory Affairs, bilateral contracts, and bidding processes. Knowledge of the electricity market is an added advantage.

- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (16 years) / LLM from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in contract, corporate/commercial law, or regulatory litigation (preferably involving the power/energy sector or public sector entities).
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
