Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Law
- Commerce
- Economics
- Finance
- Data Analytics / Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Or any other related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Professional Qualifications: Qualified CA, CMA, or ACCA candidates are also eligible to apply.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in:
Post-Qualification Experience
- Additional Joint Registrar: Minimum 08 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Registrar: Minimum 06 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Registrar: Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Note: For qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), CA Articleship will be considered as part of the requisite experience.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Additional Joint Registrar: Maximum 45 years (as on the closing date).
- Deputy Registrar: Maximum 40 years (as on the closing date).
- Assistant Registrar: Maximum 35 years (as on the closing date).
- Age Relaxation: Applicants for the positions of Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar who have at least three (3) years of work experience with a regulator will be granted an age relaxation of 5 years.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Employment Contract: All appointments will be made on a contractual basis for a period of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational requirements and individual performance. SECP may consider the regularization of these positions after three years, subject to fulfilling prescribed criteria.
