- Work Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- To be considered for this senior management role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Maximum 57 years on the last date of application submission.
- Educational & Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Candidates possessing a Master’s degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive Finance, Sustainable Finance, SME, Agricultural Finance, or related fields will be given preference.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of working experience, out of which 12 years must be in Banking and/or Financial Sector, including:
- At least 08 years as Head of SME and/or Agri and/or Commercial business; OR
- At least 05 years as Head of Retail Banking.
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience in managing diversified banking portfolios (SME, agriculture, commercial lending) and overseeing multi-divisional development-focused operations.
- Proven leadership in developing and implementing sustainability, green finance, financial inclusion, and development finance initiatives.
