- Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500/- into Account No. 1439-79013279-01 titled “PUMHSW Other Receipts Account” at Habib Bank Limited (HBL).
- Dispatch Documents: Send your printed online application form along with the original paid bank challan and all required academic/experience documents to the Office of the Director HRM, PUMHSW, SBA through Certified Mail/Courier Service only.
- Required Documents: Include your CV, 3 recent passport-size photographs, attested photocopies of relevant degrees, Domicile/PRC (Form-D), valid CNIC, Matriculation certificate/marks sheet, PM&DC Registration Certificate, Research Publications, and other credentials in a compact binding set.
- In-Service Candidates: Those working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the Proper Channel with a Departmental Permission (NOC). An advance copy must also reach the office before the deadline.
