The Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh, Social Protection Authority, Government of Sindh, has announced an exciting career opportunity. Financed by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank, the project invites applications from qualified individual consultants for the position of Data Administrator.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (minimum 16 years of education).
- Professional Experience:
- At least 04 years of demonstrable experience as a Data Administrator in major software/web projects, preferably within government-affiliated social welfare or poverty alleviation institutions.
- Proven programming experience of $1\text{ year}$ or more with SQL/PLSQL, and working knowledge of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience in application analysis, system design, and audio-development.
- Additional Skills: Must possess a background in system design and implementation
