TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) has announced exciting new career opportunities for qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals. Established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, TransPeshawar is responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority (KPUMA).
VACANT POSITIONS
- Assistant Manager Bus Compliance (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the Manager Operation & Control Centre. Responsible for ensuring all bus operations comply with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and service benchmarks in the BRT system. Requires working late hours and on weekends/holidays.
- Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Civil/Mechanical/Transport Planning/Industrial Engineering or related fields from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree or foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience (3 years in public transport/fleet management preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
- Assistant Manager Bus Operations (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Responsible for contract management, operations, and invoice processing for Chamkani and Mall of Hayatabad (MoH) contracts. Involves 10% field visits and 90% office work.
- Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Civil/Transport/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience (3 years in public transport operations/management preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
- Assistant Manager Corporate Taxation (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the CFO. Responsible for tax planning, preparation, and filing of tax returns/statements, auditing, and tax compliance with federal and provincial tax laws.
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance). Professional Accounting Body membership (CA/ACCA/CIMA) or foreign qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in taxation, budgeting, finance, or auditing (public sector experience preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
- Budget & Accounts Officer (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the CFO. Manages budgeting and accounting functions to ensure financial affairs are conducted transparently and in accordance with financial rules.
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in budgeting, finance, accounts, or audit.
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
- Audit Officer (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the Chief Internal Auditor. Oversees financial, operational, and compliance audits across the BRT system to ensure transparency and proper risk management.
- Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification relevant experience (auditing public sector/transport projects preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 42 years.
- Finance Executive (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the CFO. Handles routine financial transactions, taxation, reconciliations, and record management in the Finance Department.
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of professional experience in finance, accounts, taxation, or auditing.
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years.
- Security & Safety Executive (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports to the Manager Security & Safety. Ensures the security and safety of BRT passengers, staff, assets, and infrastructure while coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
- Qualification: At least 16 years of education in any discipline with mandatory NEBOSH Certification. (A Master’s degree in Health & Safety waives the NEBOSH requirement).
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in Health & Safety or 01 year in security management.
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years.
- Procurement Executive (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Assists the Manager Procurement with tendering, procurement processes, and maintaining procurement records according to official standards.
- Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, project administration, or supply chain management.
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years.
- Executive Assistant to CEO (Female) (01 Position)
- Role Summary: Reports directly to the CEO. Provides administrative support, clerical assistance, research, and management support, requiring high integrity and confidentiality.
- Qualification: At least 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 37 years.
