- Compounder
- Qualification: An intermediate level of education is the minimum requirement.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a relevant field, with a mandatory one-year of hands-on experience in managing medical emergencies.
- Preferred Skills: A Nursing Diploma or Nursing Certificate is highly desirable. Additionally, computer-oriented skills will be given preference, reflecting the increasing integration of technology in healthcare management.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be up to 45 years of age. However, the organization may offer relaxation in the age limit for exceptional candidates.
- The responsibilities of a Compounder generally involve the preparation and mixing of medical formulations, maintaining inventory, and performing quality control. In the context of a shipyard, this role is expanded to include immediate response in emergencies, a critical function in a heavy industrial environment.
