- Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture with a major in Horticulture from a recognized university.
- Domicile: Must hold a valid Punjab Domicile.
- Employment Status: Persons currently enrolled in any educational program are not eligible. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel from their parent department.
