- 01 passport-size photograph
- 01 set of attested photocopies of academic qualifications, experience certificates, publications, Domicile, and CNIC
- Two current referral letters
- Brief Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copy of N.O.C (if already employed in the public sector)
