Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience & Track Record:
- Total Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing industrial/manufacturing operations.
- Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in driving organizational transformation, operational improvement, and strategic execution.
