IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & HOW TO APPLY
- Required Documents: Candidates must submit their applications on the prescribed format along with two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of educational certificates, Domicile, PRC, and CNIC.
- Application Deadline: Applications must reach the District Education Office within 15 days from the publication date of this advertisement.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Government Employees: Applicants currently working in government departments must apply through the proper channel.
- Quotas: Reserved quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be strictly implemented as per the Government of Sindh policy.
- Age Relaxation: A general relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit will be given as per Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(Part-II)(Karachi) dated March 06, 2025.
- Nature of Job: These positions are initially temporary under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973, and will be made permanent after successful completion of the probation period.
- Test & Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test or interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
- Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process entirely without assigning any reason.
