- Educational Certificates / Mark Sheets (Matric / Primary)
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Domicile Certificate & PRC (Form-D) of Kamber-Shahdadkot
- Two passport-size recent photographs
- Valid contact/mobile number mentioned on the application
- Note: Candidates currently in government service must apply through proper channels and bring Original Documents at the time of the interview.
