Important Information & Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, please ensure you fulfill the following criteria guidelines mentioned by the university:
- Domicile: Only candidates possessing a Sindh Domicile are eligible to apply (candidates already working as regular employees in JPMC / NICH are exempted).
- Application Fee: Every application form must be accompanied by an original Pay Order of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.
- Application Mode: Applications submitted in person will NOT be accepted. Applications must be sent only through courier service.
- Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in Government sectors or public sector Higher Education Institutions must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
- Previous Applicants: Candidates who have already applied in March 2025 and December 2025 advertisement need not submit the pay order again; only updated CV and required documents need to be submitted.
- Selection Process: In case of a large number of candidates for any post, a pre-interview test (MCQs) will be held to shortlist candidates. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews or tests.

- A brief Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Enclose & Label: Place everything in a sealed envelope. Clearly mention the name of the post on the top right corner of the envelope.
