Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.
- Candidates possessing a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
- Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) will be given preference.
Work Experience
- Minimum 08 years of working experience, preferably in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Corporate Institutions.
- Out of total experience, at least 03 years of experience as an in-house or corporate trainer with expertise in Soft Skills, Leadership Development, Behavioral Competencies, or Professional Effectiveness programs.
- Certified trainers or individuals with practical training experience will be preferred.
