- Application Submission: Eligible candidates must submit a typed application through UMS (Hard Copy) directly to the Officer Incharge Training Cell, PAF Teaching Hospital Mushaf (Sargodha).
- Deadline: The last date for submission of applications is July 04, 2026 (positively).

- House Job Certificate
- Congratulatory Letter / Result of FCPS Part-I Examination
