- Eligibility Criteria
- Military Status: Retired Major, Captain, or equivalent rank from the Armed Forces.
- Service Experience: At least 25 years of commissioned service.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience working as an Adjutant in a Cadet College focusing on training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties, and institutional management.
- Age Bracket: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
