VACANT POSITIONS

  • Deputy Managing Director (Corporate Services)
    • This is a pivotal leadership role focusing on strategic thinking, corporate governance, stakeholder management, integrity, and operational experience.
    • Qualification: Business or Engineering Graduate from a reputable university/institution recognized/accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates with a Master’s degree will have an added advantage.
    • Experience Requirements:
      • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification work experience.
      • At least 7 years must be in a senior management position in a leading/renowned multinational or corporate sector, including 5 years of experience specifically in the Oil and Gas Sector.
      • Must be a demonstrated strategic leader and seasoned manager with strong qualifications and credentials.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
      • Proven track record of leading teams, achieving management objectives, and maintaining an effective liaison with stakeholders.
      • In-depth knowledge of the Gas Industry and various corporate functions (Supply Chain, Customer Services, Corporate Communication, IT, HSE&QA/QC, Legal Services, Land & Estate Management, etc.).
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    • The CFO will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial governance, and driving sustainable growth. The role entails financial stewardship, enterprise risk management, long-term financial sustainability, and supporting the Board in its governance responsibilities.
    • Qualification: Must be a member of an organized body of professional accountants.
    • Experience Requirements:
      • At least 15 years of relevant experience.
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a senior management position in a reputable multinational or corporate sector. Experience in the Oil & Gas Sector or a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) shall be considered as an added advantage.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
      • Proven expertise in preparing and monitoring revenue and capital budgets, overseeing financial controls, treasury operations, taxation matters, investments, and ensuring full compliance with statutory, legal, and reporting requirements along with timely finalization of financial statements.
  • Senior General Manager (HSE & QA/QC)
  • The ideal candidate will oversee Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) frameworks to ensure maximum operational safety and compliance.
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. NEBOSH International Certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • 17 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years of experience in a senior management/leadership role in HSE and QA/QC (preferably in the Oil & Gas sector).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
    • Proven track record of leading teams, achieving management objectives, and maintaining an effective liaison with stakeholders.
    • Sound knowledge of HSE management systems, QA/QC frameworks, pipeline safety, risk assessment, and audit management.
    • Must be a Lead Auditor for ISO systems such as ISO-9001, ISO-45001, ISO-14001, and OHSAS 18001 Management System or similar Management System Standards.
