- Manager Hospital Based Blood Bank: MBBS with valid PMDC | 10 – 15 Years Experience
- Doctor Blood Transfusion Officer: MBBS with valid PMDC | 2 – 3 Years Experience
- Master Trainer: BS/MS Preferred | 2 – 3 Years Experience
- Instructor Blood Transfusion: BS/MS Preferred | 5 – 8 Years Experience
- Junior Instructor Blood Transfusion: BS/MS Preferred | 1 – 2 Years Experience
- Incharge Lab: BSc/MSc Preferred | 3 – 5 Years (Preferably Blood Bank)
- Lab Technologist: BSc/MSc Preferred | 1 – 2 Years (Preferably Blood Bank)
- Phlebotomist: Matric/Intermediate Preferred | 1 – 2 Years of Donors Blood Collection
- Lab Attendant: Matric/Diploma of Lab Technician Preferred | 1 – 2 Years (Preferably Blood Bank)
- Assistant Bio-Medical Engineer: DAE/B.Tech/BS in Biomedical or Electronics | 1 – 2 Years Experience
Administrative & Management Roles
- Assistant Manager Admin: Graduate/MBA Preferred | 1 – 2 Years Experience
- Blood Donation Supervisor: Graduate | 3 – 5 Years of Donors Blood Collection
- Officer Distribution – Blood Bank: Graduate | 2 – 3 Years Experience
- Officer Supply Chain: Graduate | 1 – 2 Years Experience
- Marketing Officer: Graduate | 1 – 2 Years Experience
- Liaison Officer: Graduate | 1 – 2 Years Experience
