Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from a recognized university, OR
- Part-qualified CA / ACMA / ACCA from a recognized chartered institute.
- 2. Required Experience
- Minimum 04 to 06 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in a healthcare setup is preferred.
- 3. Key Skills & Competencies
- Financial Reporting: Demonstrated expertise in compiling and presenting accurate financial reports.
- Budgeting: Strong experience in operational and financial budget preparation.
- Accounting Processes: Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in cash flow management, financial analysis, and management reporting.
