HEC Jobs 2026 Higher Education Commission Announces New Career Opportunities The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, has announced exciting new employment opportunities under a PSDP-funded development project. The project, titled “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC,” is hiring qualified Pakistani nationals on a contract basis.

- Project Manager (PPS-8)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Quota: Merit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 years) degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a public or private sector organization of good repute (including 3 years of experience at a managerial/supervisory level).
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS-Project is compulsory.
- Office Assistant (PPS-5)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Quota: Punjab
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- 2 years of work experience in a public or private sector organization of good repute.
- Advanced use of MS Office is mandatory.
- Attendant (PPS-1)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Quota: Local-based
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Qualification & Experience: Matriculation with 1 year of relevant experience.
