- Recruitment Process: Recruitment will be done at the doorstep (at the district level) with the help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan to ensure the recruitment of local residents. All recruitment for BPS 1-16 is conducted via a Walk-in Interview (No entry or written test).
