The Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) functioning under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, has announced job vacancies on a regular basis under the Balochistan Quota. This initiative aims to provide employment opportunities for qualified candidates residing in Balochistan.

- Senior Management Associate
- Pay Scale: MSP-2 (Equivalent to BS-16)

- Age Limit: 18–25 years + 5 years general relaxation + 5 years specific additional relaxation for Balochistan candidates (Total: Up to 35 years).

- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Commerce, or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience (Preferable): 3 years of relevant experience in insurance, takaful, reinsurance, or re-takaful underwriting

- Candidates applying for this position should keep the following guidelines in mind
- Domicile Requirement: Only candidates holding a valid Local or Domicile Certificate from Balochistan are eligible to apply.
- Local Recruitment: Recruitment will take place at the district level through District Employment Cells in Balochistan to ensure local participation.
- Application Channels: Applications can be submitted directly at the respective District Employment Cell or online via the National Job Portal (
njp.gov.pk). - Selection Procedure: Selection will be made through a Walk-in-Interview process; no entry or written test will be conducted.
- Interview Call: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview process.
- Document Verification: Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
- TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the interview.
- Deadline: Eligible candidates must apply within fifteen (15) days from the publication date of the official advertisement.
