VACANT POSITIONS

  • Procurement Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Commerce. Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS) are an added advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management (at least 5 years in procurement of Goods, Works, and Consulting Services, preferably in the development sector).
  • Financial Management Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Qualified CA / ACCA with 7 years’ experience OR MBA (Finance) / Master’s in Commerce / Finance with relevant background.
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in public/private sectors (development sector preferred). Experience with Cash Basis IPSAS, MS Office, accounting software, and article-ship in a CA firm will be an added advantage.
  • Environmental Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in public/private organizations (development sector preferred). Knowledge of national/international environmental regulations and donor-funded project policies is required.
  • Social Development Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Sociology, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Community Development, or Development Studies.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in social development, social safeguards management, stakeholder engagement, and community development (preferably in urban water supply and sanitation projects).
  • WASH Specialist (01 Position)
    • Qualification: Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Water Supply & Sanitation Engineering, or related disciplines.
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in planning, implementation, operation, monitoring, or management of water supply, sanitation, urban utility, or WASH infrastructure projects.
