- NOC Engineer
- Required Qualification: BS in CS or IT preferred. Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL Foundation, and CCNA are preferred.
- Experience Needed: 1 to 3 years of experience in NOC, IT support, or helpdesk environments.
- Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven incident triage.
- DevOps Engineer
- Required Qualification: BS in CS, Software Engineering, or IT (Master’s degree preferred). Preferred certifications include AWS/Azure DevOps, CKA, or Terraform.
- Experience Needed: 8 to 10 years of experience managing end-to-end DevOps functions.
- Required Skills: Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Linux/Windows, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Product Manager
- Required Qualification: BS or MS in CS/IT or Business Administration.
- Experience Needed: 6+ years of experience leading product roadmaps and service delivery, particularly within citizen services or digital platforms.
- Required Skills: Product lifecycle management, prioritization, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Full Stack Engineer
- Required Qualification: BS in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems (HEC-recognized), or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience Needed: 4+ years of end-to-end full-stack web application development experience.
- Required Skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js, .NET/Java/Python, SQL, REST/gRPC APIs, RBAC, and security best practices.
- Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

- Experience Needed: 6+ years of relevant experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Required Skills: Test strategy ownership, automation frameworks, and end-to-end defect management across the SDLC.
