- CNIC (Front and Back)
- Domicile & PRC (Form-D)
- Passport-size photograph with blue background
- Academic degrees/transcripts and experience certificates
- NOC (if currently working as a Government Servant)
- Pay Application Challan Fee:
- Sr. No. 01 to 15: Rs. 1,500/-
- Sr. No. 16 to 19: Rs. 500/-
- Challan can be paid at any Allied Bank Limited (ABL) branch, via the MyABL app, or through 1Bill linked banking apps. (Note: Challan fee is non-refundable).
- Separate Applications: If applying for both centers (Bhan Saeedabad and Sehwan), apply and pay separate fees for each location.
- Deadline: The last date to submit applications is September 21, 2026. No manual applications or late submissions will be accepted.
