VACANT POSITIONS
- Finance & Accounts Officer (OG-I / AVP-I / AVP)
- No. of Vacancies: 02
- Required Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (National or International). Professional qualifications like CA or ICMA (partly qualified) will also be eligible.
- Required Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with branches/divisions to collect data for periodic financial statements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS/IAS and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) directives.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory inspection teams for audit resolution.
- Manage remittance of funds with branches and treasury divisions, and maintain liaison with commercial banks.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and subsequent monitoring.
- Perform control testing/compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
- Prepare monthly turnover for advance tax computation by the bank’s tax department.
- Experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including Oracle Hyperion, will be an added advantage.
- Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I / VP)
- Location: Interior Sindh / Balochistan
- No. of Vacancies: 01
- Required Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (National or International).
- Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions according to regulatory and bank guidelines.
- Formulate and implement strategies to recover Overdue + Infected portfolios.
- Supervise field teams to ensure regular follow-ups on defaulted accounts.
- Conduct field visits to customers with overdue loans to secure recovery.
- Coordinate with the legal team for cases under litigation, including court recoveries.
- Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies when needed.
- Train branch staff on recovery procedures and ensure compliance with relevant banking laws and regulatory updates.
